It is finished.

I was reading John 1 and the Lord opened my eyes to verses 1-5. I wrote it as I received it:

“Everything was created through Him because He is the Word. God spoke and His word was released allowing Jesus to be released. We are not just created from God, we are created through Jesus.

In the beginning, the Word already existed. So everything in the Bible already existed before it happened because Jesus is the Word. And so when you carry your Bible, you’re carrying Jesus quite literally.

Every book in this Bible and each of our stories already existed. Basically, everything already existed because He existed and was waiting for Jesus to receive life.

The reason His word can’t fail is because Jesus can’t fail. Jesus will never be defeated but will always be righteous, true, and victorious. Thus everything God speaks (His word which is Jesus) cannot fail nor lie nor be overpowered. It is finished because He is finished.

No matter how much darkness there is, no amount of darkness will ever overtake any amount of light. That’s how strong He is. No matter what tries to come against Him, He will always stand, He will always win because Light outweighs darkness.”
